Ordered a 180-200# conveyor to move sandblast sand out of 1-2 million gallon tanks, drove 6 1/2 hours to pick up the completed product and found a very well built conveyor that weighed closer to 700#. They, at first, offered to refund our $1900, but then called later to say they would redo it. We called around and found out from other companies that it would be impossible to build one that would be anywhere near that weight, closer to 1000#. We feel they should have known this before starting on it since other conveyor companies did, and wanted our $1900 deposit back, rather than worry about a flimsy conveyor. They refused. They now have a conveyor to resell and our $1900. This past November, our crew of four guys moved 12 TONS (this is not a typo) of used sand out of a tank by the five gallon bucketful. Again, nice conveyor, just not at all what was ordered and no where near what we could use on the job site. Poor customer service in resolving the issue.
