This place seemed to be a good office when my wife and I first started using them. Now recently our dog Marcus has been having problems with a staph infection between his legs. The first visit they told us he was just licking himself and caused the irritation and that it would clear up so I paid the office visit. The second time I went in after the spot didn't clear I was told it was a staph infection and that he needed an antibiotic so I paid the office visit and the medication cost. Well today makes the THIRD TIME I have had Marcus in for the SAME PROBLEM. They put him on more medication to clear him up and STILL CHARGED ME TO SEE HIM! I will never be back to this vet again if you go to anywhere in the country and take a problem in to be fixed and after two tries it isn't fixed and you paid both times they aren't going to charge you to fix it the third time. A mechanic usually won't charge you the second time except for parts this goes without saying at most any business. I was willing to pay for the meds but I figured after three times and hundreds of dollars in less than three months they could at least wave an office visit fee.
