We've been going to this restaurant for YEARS! Our experience was always okay except for this last one, w/c trumps all good feelings we had for this place.. My husband had an AWFUL time tonight while getting some orange chicken & chopsuey for dinner, the male owner was just plain HORRIBLE!!! He was charging him an extra $0.75 for using a debit card (he was never made aware of this policy) because his order was less than $10 - total was $9.30!?! & when he said he'll get another item so it would go over $10, the owner refused!!?! Stating that he already rung it up- super Rude!!! When he was swiping my husband's card, he was in an awful mood cos there was something wrong w/ his register for he was angrily swiping the card multiple times, my hubby told him to be careful abt that because our bank has safety feature set up when a card is swiped multiple times at one location at one time, it freezes our account. He didn't care, & hubby was annoyed w/ his rude attitude, told him why he's acting like that, being rude to his customers while we are the ones giving him business. He said he doesn't care, he can do whatever he wants .... We are never going back to this restaurant, EVER!!! Quality of service trumps food, & that kind of service is NEVER acceptable!!! We'll take our business somewhere else!! Even if we need to go farther for a quick fix for our Chinese craving!!!! I'll give it a 1star cos it was needed, honestly food here is okay but if you're being treated & served yet his way, you'll just lose your appetite!!
