Upscale Beauty Supply

Let me start of by saying things don't go the way you plan that's life....but you have to handle it in an upscale manner. Ironically contrary to the name this was not my experience at this place. Let me start off by saying the staff is pleasant but untrained (clearly a management problem) there is a no refund policy and that you only find out about after your purchase, and there is no signage to alert customers about this policy. That being said after the staff got done making a false claim and recommending a product that she had personally used and consigned on, I willfully made the purchase ( just under $200)...I went out to the car and realized the claim the staff member had made was inaccurate. I returned to the store from the parking lot literally A MINUTE after exiting the store....I cordially made known the mistake on the product. The owner's wife was called and she proceeded to sell me a product that I did not want as an "option" and that was all she could do. Let me just say her rude manner and lack of poise in handling the matter was certainly not upscale. So I left the product there since she was prepared to argue and be petty (i left without my refund....Yes i basically threw money away. But its not about delivering a service to them so it's all good) I hope that should be enough to properly train staff and buy a sign to put up to let customers know about it's policy. Real upscale right?? I guess it's not about delivering the right product to customers or proper customer service..... I really would give it no star but i figured I'd be generous AGAIN.

Do yourself a favor and got to a place that cares about you getting what product you want for the look you want rather than being so concerned about holding onto it money whether or not you get a service. #fail!
