        Overall

        They did a full grooming on my dog. I wasn't loving the cut. Attention wasn't given to the areas that I asked for, for example, I asked for tummy and bum to be trimmed really well but leave ears. The bum looked like a landing strip and ears were given a bob cut. So I would have given it 3 stars. But woke up this morning to my dog having a horrid case of ear mites, which are highly contagious. She didn't have any issues prior to apt, but 2 days later she has mites :(
