The manager of this store told me she doesn't care if she angers a customer or not. They talked my minor daughter into buying some shampoo and conditioner when she had a hair cut. The stylist told her she could return it if she didn't like it. She decided she didn't like the price and never used the products and when I tried to take them back today the manager said they were on clearance and didn't care what the stylist told us. I don't remember seeing a sign. Just remember when they cut your hair - They don't care if they make you happy or not. BTW - I had receipt too.

I would not go to this salon again. My mother took my daughter here for a haircut and I had to take her to another salon to have her new style corrected. When taking her to my own salon. I was told this was the worst hair cut they have ever had to fix. I would NOT ever go back. My husband went a few weeks ago, not knowing this was the salon that messed up my daughter hair 6months earlier. However the salon didn't do any better with his hair cut, He's hair was uneven with a line that went around his head and he asked for a fad. It wasn’t until a week later when his hair started to grow out that his hair started looking okay again. I think personal his hair cut looked like someone with no cosmetology experience cut his hair. There was a line and it took the stylist over an hour to cut his hair, when it should have only taking 20 minute.
