Had my car worked on by Professional Body Works after hitting a deer. They were very easy to deal with and I even had the convenience of renting a hertz vehicle through them while having my repairs done. Great work, great turn around time.

Had a small "door ding" on fender. Took car to PBW for first estimate. Estimate included labor to remove and install front bumper, lamps, pillars, rocker & floor, all door components, repair and paint left fender with clear coat, plus other miscellaneous items. They said they would need the car for 3 days so the loaner was an additional charge. They intended to bill insurance for $840.06. Ultimately I took car to Dent Biz where they repaired the small ding for $100. There was no paint damage; Dent Biz simply rubbed off the paint from the vehicle door that had struck the fender. The repair for $100 was flawless. I consider the Professional Body Works estimate to be nothing short of Insurance Fraud. No wonder Auto insurance is so expensive!
