NTB National Tire & Battery

I have been coming to this shop for about ten years now. I am one of those people who call around to get the best price. What I have learned in those ten years is no matter what price people give you really doesn't matter if the job is not done right. It's good to know that not only is job done right at NTB on West Street but the prices are better then most. I have taken Cars, trucks, and an suv to this shop. I also like to see that some of the employees are the same ten years later (Pat). Greg is my Chevy guy in the shop as well. I like to use Jose on break work calipers, pads, drums, and rotors. The manager up there is Wes. The great thing about this guy is his knowledge and his commitment to the customer. I strongly recommend this shop in Wichita Kansas on West Street. Happy customers come back. So I will be back especially to take advantage of the buy 2 get 2 tires free. 5 stars. Thank you all very much for the jobs you have done for me.

I bought new tires from NTB in November of 2014. When installed they did their free alignment check and stated that my car needed aligned. I ask them if it would wait until the first rotation and was told yes but no longer. Fast forward to 8/7/2015 and 10K miles more. I had been real busy and neglected both my oil change and rotation. I had started noticing a little vibration and pull to the right. When I went into the store they couldn’t believe the tech had told me I could wait on the alignment and it had ruined both front tires. With no questions asked the were willing to replace both tires for free on the road hazard if I would pay for alignment and balance and buy road hazard for the new tires. Then they discounted the alignment by 25% for my troubles. I highly recommend the Wichita store and the service manager. Great business with exultant customer service!

moonbeam2, your just mad. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Its always cheap and the customer service is worth it! Its hard as a woman to find a place I can go to without feeling like im being screwed over. These guys are always knowledgeable on everything. I recommend NTB to EVERYONE!

I went here because I saw their sign that said buy 1 tire, get 1 free. Well, I need 4 tires so I figured that would be a great deal. I went in and found out that the tires for my car were $104 each. I thought that was a little high, but since I would be getting 2 free tires, it would be worth it. By the time the guy got through charging me for all the things you had to purchase in order to get the free tires, I owed $447 plus change. I told him to keep the tires as I could get them for that price other places without supporting a business that brings you in by what I consider false advertising. I will never stop at NTB again in any state, no matter what the circumstances.
