Never had a problem with them. Quick to fix anything that broke, reasonable to work with on major issues. I would very much recommend them to anyone.

I have been with cpm since 2010 and have had my furnace go out this winter , call and next day they were out brought space heaters because had to order the part tree branch fell on my wheel chair ramp , with in 2 days it was taken care of , need new boards on my ramp, 3 days was fixed . have always been friendly with me so i give them a 5 they have 4 0r 5 place around me that they take care of. all seem happy

Only giving one star to post this review. DO NOT rent from this "management" company. They don't fix anything, and they will screw you over! We've had problem since day one. Our AC was broken for a WEEK this summer when it was 90 degrees outside, I'm pregnant and we have 2 kids it got up to almost 100 degrees in our house. They were in NO HURRY to get it fixed. Now they are saying they don't plan on giving us our deposit back but they still want us to clean the carpets before we move out. YEAH RIGHT! I HIGHLY recommend staying away from these people.

Unreal. How do these people have a business? Overcharged and underserved at every turn. Terrible. It's seldom that both the owner (myself) and tenants get screwed. Even the accounting was incorrect. Stay away from this crooked, inept crew.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is run by crooks they literally charged us 200 for light bulbs which we bought... we left the crappie ones they gave us... don't think they'll consider your time with anything we were out of electric for two weeks due to a storm knocking out the power cord in the middle of summer. How much did they refund us for not being able to stay in our own home for half a month 140 1/5 of our rent not the half they quoted. The lady who show's houses is flat out a batch and a rude one at that. I learned my lesson they are literally one of the lowest rated property rental companies in wichita for a reason.

o-stars don't have ability to manage an out house much less rental property. don't have the capability to keep you informed. rude to their clients, when confronted w/ their short comings. leave this one alone!!
