        Do not do business with these guys!
        They do terrible work, which they don't back up.
        After trying to resolve my issue with Brad, manager, I question how this place stays in business. They might want to be careful on how they treat their customers. Word of mouth goes a long way with me!!

        I had a portable generator installation done in December2016. Quoted by Jared. Quote was very reasonable and also a better overall "solid" solution for my needs. Arrived promptly with 3 techs (Jared, Dominic and Eric). All very professional and complete. No mess. City Inspector gives them high marks.
        I was skeptical hearing there ads...but this company is the real deal - no hype just great service and pricing.

        I cannot say enough good things about Family Heating Cooling & Electrical. Excellence from Jim, the estimator, Kevin & Isaac, the installers, all the office personnel and the helpers. Everyone is really nice and very willing to help. When they installed our furnace, they were prompt, efficient, and took great care in keeping the surroundings clean. That meant alot to us! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great job!

        I had an excellent expierance with them. They came out quickley, found issues with furnice. They made the repair and even had the part on there truck. Very reasenable too. I highly recomend.

        We had a great experience using this company. Our repair technician, Rob, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our air conditioner was not working properly and he checked it out, found the problem, and repaired it quickly and efficiently. It was a bad capacitator. Our unit is working great and we are happy customers that will use this business again.
