Best Way Carpets

We have used Best Way for several years to clean the carpets in our home as well as to clean smaller rugs brought to the plant. Their work has always been outstanding. Our carpets look nearly brand-new when they are finished. I highly recommend them.

My dog had diarrhea (4"x4" area) on my new, barely walked on, six month old ( 9x12) wool oriental rug. Best way recommended that the rug be taken to their facility and have the entire new rug washed . The rug was returned today, and the dog- soiled area is unchanged, maybe worse.. But even more alarming is the remainder of the new carpet now appears older and the colors less vibrant . When I called to report my disappointment and concerns in a calm manner, the manager was abrupt, angry, and vulgar. He proceeded to call me "pain in a..." and it's my problem "my dog pis...and sh... all over the rug"..."and I better pay my bill!!!!!" (in fact, I had already paid and never threatened to not pay) I sensed that this wasn't the first time he treated a customer so inappropriately. In all my years I've never been treated so rudely and would NEVER recommend this cleaning agency again..
