        Customer service is extremely poor. I've had to make requests repeatedly, call and ask why I wasn't getting certain discounts on my insurance which were spelled out in the policy, and request a proof of insurance for my lender every single year, despite annual requests to make a note in my file that this must be sent every year when the HO policy renews. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.
