Spa West

This spa deserves 0 stars. Coolsculpting -poor results, it's a scam, don't waste your money. Poor customer service. Spa West cancelled my appointments 4 different times making up excuses every time when finally the truth came out the coolsculpting machine was out of service. They called me back over a week later to reschedule and said for all the inconvenience they would offer me the Venus legacy treatment at no charge. When I originally booked the coolsculpting appointment with Nicole she said they would throw the Venus legacy procedure in for booking the coolsculpting treatment. So after all the hassle they did not end up offering anything for all the inconvenience they caused. Lousy customer service! Will never go back!

All the staff are great here. A real pleasure to visit. I can't wait to be pampered again !!

THIS is how you do a spa day. Going here for massages has honestly spoiled me to the point where a massage anywhere else seems pointless. You get what you pay for and the service and treatments are AMAZING. I was experiencing back pain and the masseuse evaluated my pain, massaged it out, then gave me advice to prevent it from happening again. The facilities are spotless. The robes are warm, soft, and fluffy. Spend one day here and you'll leave feeling like you've been on vacation for two weeks.

I like coming to Spa West because I can relax and you take care of the rest. Other places I've been to push and get different people for each service. Thank you for being courteous to your customers.

I wanted to treat myself to a day of pampering and everyone always tells me to go here, so I did today. All my friends and family where so right, the staff was quite nice and my treatments where just wonderful, the spa is so large and beautiful. I do not know how they do it, the place was so busy, but the staff makes you feel as if you are the only one they are focused on. I loved my day of pampering.
