        To even call this a restaurant...

        To even call this a restaurant is an insult to the word. I have been on several occasions to this restaurant and have never once received the food i actually ordered. I have been an employee of mcdonalds, and know exactly how many health codes they are violating, and how many procedures they are disregarding. The staff, with a few exceptions, is a band of some of the least respectful kids (the adults could hardly be called such) i have ever had to interact with. Upon asking for a manager when i had been given the wrong food twice in a row, i was greeted by a woman who was beyond a doubt drunk, and gave me nothing but a dismissive "sorry." I ended up leaving the store without my food out of exasperation. If you ever find yourself in the avon-simsbury area, i assure you this is the last place you would want to go to eat.
