They don't do appointments they open at 8am Monday-Friday only so its first come first served. I have used their family business for years they are very friendly. I have never had an issue with any repair done, half the price of corporate repair shops, and I have found them to be very honest. They will tell you only what you need to replace and how long they think it will be before other parts would need to be replaced. They have also been able to recommend other reputable local repair shops for repairs they don't do like general automotive or transmissions.
