They do such a great job, are always quick to take care of anything needing repair and have always responded to me in a very immediate way.

I have rented from Oakwood Realty & Property Management for three years now. They have always replied in a timely manner to their online communication . When I have had an emergency like my fridge going out they send someone out right away. We had a neighbor breaking rules and causing trouble and they worked very hard to communicate with the neighbors and find solutions.

High priced and low quality property's. Very poor response for maintenance even on health and safety issues. Stay away from Oakwood. They are truly the definition of a slum lord business. I had nothing but problems from the very first day of dealing with them. I was able to break my lease with them only after the threat of legal action but still lost part of my security deposit and the money it cost to move.

I don't generally write reviews like this but I do appreciate the professional manner and care that Oakwood Realty & Property Management has given me and my rental property. They really do care and have made me feel very comfortable with the process. The staff is kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. They have increased my profits and saved me a ton on repairs. They are great at communicating any issues and allow me to have piece of mind. If you are thinking of using them please take this as my recommendation that if you want to deal with fair and knowledgeable people these are the guys for you.
