        Answering machine doesn't work properly

        Called needing a brake job on a Saturday morning, and the answering machine picked up. It was an outdated message that listed the days they were closed but didn't give hours. It asked for my name and number, and then hung up. Very frustrating.

        I am the owner of an Audi A6 2.7 T, I am absolutely impressed with the quality of service and the HONESTLY demonstrated in assessing NEEDED repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Dwayne, the owner, is a down to earth man who goes the extra mile to ensure that pricing is fair and the customer fully understands their options.His staff is well qualified and courteous. I know first hand the prices that dealers change and how they are sometimes are over exuberant in fixing everything when some things can wait. I am glad to have discovered DuPage Auto Werks.

        Notably good service experience

        The best diagnosticians I've known to date. After 12 years of "fixing" and "re-fixing" a problem on a Mercedes, my usual service repair place told me to get rid of the car, and they offered pennies for it!. I was reluctant to do that, and finally found DuPage Auto Werks. This time it's been diagnosed and treated, and as far as I'm concerned, cured! They are affordable,efficient, friendly, and intelligent. I would never hesitate to recommend them!!!
