Service

Sidenote: I should've left when I had to walk around looking for someone & then they come out of hiding like you're bothering them.

I went in for a 3 br, first of all on every website these apts are $899 now all of a sudden they're $995 as if they have any reason to raise price with so many complaints. The idiot I spoke with first seems like she was on another planet as we spoke, maybe a surprise drug test is needed. She sent me to get a money order for $200 & when I came back she goes "oh no its $300 ...I told you $300 " I go to the store & come back and well now she's telling me I need the court order for my child support & to drive an hr to get it because according to her it wasn't available by phone or online further proving inexperience!!! I leave the office, call 1800 # for the CO & its emailed to me in less than 5 minutes. Lol I bring the document back the following day & she says its useless and then goes on to ask me am I looking for a job . I will add that I am self employed and currently in school to teach my skill. A job? Why do I need a job when I make your full days pay in a couple of hours idiot!? So she asks well can you prove with past income tax returns, of course I can . Then she goes well nah you actually need the transcripts & if you order those it takes 10-14 days. I believe these ppl came up with every excuse for me not to apply , why ? I don't know but this was a horrible experience that brought me to frustrating tears. I can only imagine what its like dealing with these 2 idiots for a year.

I will not go into specifics as I am contemplating legal action. However, live someplace else if you can.

Looks nice but the staff is horrible. The management changed and they just don't care. This place has gone downhill.

alright, if I could give a zer...

alright, if I could give a zero star rating I sure would. Place looks great, amenity are great, rent is low. That is all good stuff. Now some of why for me zero Stars is much deserved. Due to it being income based housing or whatever term is correct, a min-max amount of money you can earn is a large stipulation of if you can live there. (not their fault or even a bad thing) there are other hoops to jump through like many many pages or financial paper work, they contact your employer, as you more questions and for more paper work in my case. They asked for a non-refundable application fee as with all this paper work and the background check you must also pass to live there. All of this is fairly standard procedure since its federally mandated. Before they told me (((IF))) I could move in they asked for a additional $200 dollars as a deposit. Where the problem come in is after waiting 2.5 weeks to find out If I could move in, I found a better job a little farther North. As its not economical to drive the hour plus each way to go to work I called them to let them know the good news to thank them for their time and that I'd come by for my deposit. Deposits, deposits are for their security, in the event that you damage their property AFTER moving in, they can use it to help with repairs. I was informed that I would not be getting my deposit back as it is their policy to keep those monies as part of the application fee. So I asked why is it not called a $227 app fee. By calling it a deposit you are giving the funds a purpose and giving me the assurance that if I don't damage the apartment then the deposit is returned to me. I don't and have never lived here hence no reason to keep my deposit, I told her. No response yet from management. If you don't mind a $227 application fee feel free to check them out, personally I find their dishonestly repulsive
