        Overall

        I went in for just an oil change. Staff seemed nice, but I had to go back when I was driving home because for some random reason, someone changed my car's settings to km/h and since I bought my car used and didn't have a manual, I didn't know how to change it back. Why were they messing with my car settings? They also turned my AC full blast. It's a hybrid, the AC doesn't blow when the car isn't moving to save energy and gas. That too I was confused about cause I thought it was common knowledge courtesy not to mess with the way the owner had the car such as AC, Radio, and Seat position. Overall not very pleased. High cost. Messing with my car settings(for no apparent reason). I'm going to go somewhere else next time.

        I get my vehicle inspected her...

        I get my vehicle inspected here every year and also use them for oil changes. They have always been courteous, prompt, and professional. I have never had any negative issues.

        Poor service

        Go some where else. This place has changed my oil and put the wrong stuff in as well as lost my oil cap and did nothing about it. They failed my inspection also because of a missing license plate light cover as well. This is the last place I will take my car to have work done..

        I truly appologize if this really happened. I think this customer may have mistaken which lube center he was at as we often are confused with the lube center down the street. We did not change the oil on any vehicle that was missing an oil cap or inspect a vehicle that failed inspection for a missing license plate light cover on the date of this post. As a matter of fact, I don't remember the last time either one of these complaints ever being an issue in the 10 years I have owned the business. If this did happen, the customer never brought it to our attention. My Kwik Kar is often confused with another lube center in town. This is also the case with a couple of other negative posts on the web.
