. they messed of my rim on a 2015 with 2k miles on it never ever had the wheel taken off till i got there to repair a flat .. clamped the rim wrong and said i did it ! Wtf ? New truck i dont understand why i would bend my own rim ? I wish i could give them a neg star .. will never go back !!!

Never had a problem. They will even fix a flat for free even if you didn't buy the tire from them. :) That service alone is great. I was turned on to Discount Tire from a company I worked for. I am about to buy another set from them now that my car is paid off.

I have used discount tires for yrs. Used to drive miles to other towns but now they have a much closer store. I enjoy the service they give here and the attention to details.

My husband negotiated for 3 new tires for his pick-up.....agreed upon the price of $77 for each tire. The bill for this was $100 over what was agreed upon. When asked about it, the manager pointed to a sign that certain things were included in this. The assumption is that this is part of price...dead wrong...it is in addition too. My husband argued & argued with him, but was told that it is what it is. Buyer beware...things aren't what they appear & aren't explained...it is just assumed that you know that these charges will be added on. Not a good, honest way to do business. We are telling everyone we know to go somewhere else where they are upfront with NO hidden charges or surprises when the job is done. What a dishonest way to do business. I wish that there was something lower than one star to rate this place.
