Auto Tint Design

Ive been there twice with Corvettes. Great work at a good cost. Ive reccomended friends to go there.

My First experience at Auto Tint was when Philip owned the store . He and his guys done an excellent job on tinting several vehicles for me . 5* October 2007 Approximately .



On the other hand with the new owner ,

(1st trip) December 2012 approximately

I purchased a front end replacement and tinted my windows for my 2013 Chevrolet about three years ago. Prices were reasonable and acceptable .They got the bumper for me and asked me to assist on installation. I felt obliged otherwise it would not of gotten done. After assisting the owner and another helper with the installation I was not offered anything exchange for my help .

I would say they were very unprepared .

( The helper said he had Back Problems)



(Second trip ) July 2015

I definitely would have given a better review had the new owner followed up when I went in person got my windows tinted and

to see my options about purchasing a front in replacement bumper for my 2009 Dodge .

I asked the lady to please check on some prices and left my phone number she never returned A call .



The same young lady at the desk (receptionist I assume )owners wife she mentioned to me .



This young lady was a little short ( like she had other things to do or my money was not important enough )

and somewhat uncertain on her search for my front end replacement bumper.



When I was asking her about the front end replacement bumpers and prices. The prices were through the roof $1300 almost for a 2009 Dodge front end replacement bumper installed .

I told the lady that I only paid $875 about three years ago at their store previously that was with the install. (The Install which I assisted)

Personally I didn't think prices change that much I said .



After further discussion with the wife .

Back-and-forth with her husband in the other office (8 feet away ) avoiding conversation with me about the front end replacement bumper which would've been much easier .



She told me to bring the bumper if I could find one for cheaper and they would install it for $50.



I went and purchased a bumper online August 15, 2015 as any other customer could do and only paid $800 for the bumper that Auto Tint was asking $1300 for .



I called back September 2, 2015 with the bumper in hand and try to schedule an appointment to have it installed and they quoted me $125 because I had my own bumper .



Not to smear them in the mud but if they aren going to be truly business oriented and have a prosperous business they should not bounce around on prices or they will lose customers like you have with me .



Words to the wise get prices in writing and do research before purchasing from this company .

This was an awesome experience. I called the phone number to get a few questions answered, and the lady was extremely helpful. I decided to take my vehicle in that day, and within no time my vehicle was ready. The staff was very helpful. The prices are reasonible as well. I would highly recommend this place for any auto tinting needs.
