I purchased a sectional for my daughter's first apartment. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Delivery was within two days!! They arrived during the allotted time schedule and carried it up to her apartment and set it up for her. Very professional, very friendly. I will shop there again
I have been looking for a new livingroom furniture set but didn't want to spend a ton of money. I found American Freight online and this past Saturday stopped in just to look around. The sales person, Anthony, was very helpful and friendly. When I discussed my concern of not being able to get my old furniture out, they worked very hard to assure that when my delivery came, the driver would be willing to move it out for a minimal additional cost. It ended up not costing me extra for them to remove it.
NOTE: They subcontract their deliveries so any concerns with the delivery companies as I've read in other posts should NOT affect your view of American Freight.
I ended up purchasing a leather sectional that day because the price was phenomenal and they said they could have it delivered the next day. I was surprised, delivery on Sunday was an option. Being that I work 60 hours a week, that was a perfect scenario for me. The delivery arrived around noon the next day, Sunday, and the delivery men were polite, careful, courteous and set my furniture up for me. They explained my warranty to me and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. I will definately be returning to American Freight in Waukesha as they helped me solve my problem in less than 24 hours when other furniture stores were much higher priced and quoting two weeks delivery time. They made my weekend!!! The other reviews I saw had to be for other stores or ignorance of teh subcontracticing of delivery people. I'm very surprised at the low marks others are giving. My experience was top notch.
Super friendly and willing to help find what your looking for. Would recommend this store to anyone. Great pricing on everything and good quality too.
