U-Haul at Elm St

I was informed that this uhaul location would put a "HOLD" in the amount of $75 on my debit card until I returned the 10 foot moving truck I rented. I stated, "What do you mean by a hold? I was told, "Your account will not be charged, until you return the truck and we know the total amount that is due. After repeating the above information to the custer service rep; he said that is right.

My account was charged for two separate purchases. The first amount charged was $75; as stated the amount that would not be charged to my account. A second charge was for the amount of $5.

A quick note: There was more gas in the truck, after I returned the rented Uhaul, then when I drove out of the lot. I received a printed bill for $40.75 for the total bill, which was the correct amount.

Two days after I returned the truck, I still have not received a credit for the $75 or the $5, nor has my debit card been charged for the amount of $40.75.
