Called Zehrs to fix our water heater issues as they have serviced our house once before. We have a CO venting issue (which is definitely a serious emergency) and haven't had hot water in days. The day we learned of the issue we called and we're told the technician would be in touch with us. No one got a hold of us that day. We called the following day with the same questions and asked if we could be given a service window so that we would know when to be home so that the repairs could be made. Mind you all of our pets and ourselves have been locked upstairs away from the smells and have not been able to shower or clean dishes or have any amenities that come with having hot water. The second day we called we were told again that someone would be in contact with us that day. No one was in touch with us that day either. I called for a third time the following day and said that if I didn't get in touch with somebody by 2 p.m. I would be going with a different company as this was an emergency and we were seriously inconvenienced by it. All we were asking for was a service window which in my opinion is not very much to ask for. No one got in touch with us that day at all either. I can't imagine someone being so busy that they can't make a phone call to let someone know when they would be able to come by and provide the service. This in my opinion is complete belligerence and disregard for customer service and I will no longer give this company any of my business. You have to return customers calls if you want business. That's common sense. I called "P&G Plumbing and Heating" and met with a technician THAT Same day and got the problem worked out.

Worst service ever...and it was by the owner!!
