Even though I procrastinated these folks took great care of me. A woman named Trina was glad to sit down with me right then and get my taxes DONE that same day! She was pleasant and thankful for my business. I even got a new customer credit. Gotta love that! I have since called several times with questions. Her replies are prompt and pleasant as well.
