Kotz Heating and Air/Brinkers are outstanding in every way! they are honest, upfront, trustwothy and take pride in their work. They have been keeping my family comfortable for years! I even had a water pump issue, and they came out the same day, with a smile on their face, evaluated the situation, made a phone call to their warehouse and had the new pump delivered and installed the same day. Amazing ! Thank you for knowing we can always call you and count on you!
I called Kotz a number of years ago when having a furnace emergency. Since then they have serviced both furnaces and air conditioners at four homes that belonged to me. They have always been on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would not use any other heating/air conditioning company.
