By far one of the worst companies I've ever worked with... rude, disrespectful and disorganized. So unprofessional, poor service and customer communication skills. Office manager is so horrible.

If there was a negative star(s) option to give this company I could give it negative 5 stars! I've never experienced the worst customer service in my life. First of all, I never even heard of this company until our home warranty set up them up to do our plumbing service. The woman I regrettably had to talk to was Crystal. She was VERY VERY rude and inconsiderate on the phone as well as being short tempered. We had our service scheduled between 8 AM - 12 PM today and because my husband and put work full time, he took 1/2 day off of work. Early this morning I called the company stating that I would be in a meeting and that I had to give me my husband phone #. Crystal answered and said, "well we're driving so I will have to call you back." Ummmmm... so your partner couldn't jot down my husband's number?!



After I had finished with my 1 12 hour meeting, Crystal had called me shortly after stating, "we will need to reschedule your service. We called you several times and left voicemails and you didn't pick up so we had to move on." Then I said, "I never got a call from you or your voicemails." Then she rudely stated, "well I left messages. So you'll have to reschedule. Have a nice day." (she hangs up before I could say another word) Really?!



So I called our home warranty and asked to expedite (unfortunately w/ the same crappy company) our plumbing issue. They said that American Plumbing would be calling me back between 2-4 PM to tell us when a plumber would be out to our home. 3 PM passes by and no call from the company. So I called the company and surprise surprise, Crystal answered the phone w/ her ill-mannered tone. She tells me that we weren't on the list because I hadn't answered their call and to reschedule service. I explained to her that our home warranty said they had expedited our issue and someone from American Plumbing would be coming out today. She says, "well your not on my list. have a nice day." (and hang ups).



By this time, I was very upset because this was the 2nd time she had hang up on me before I could say anything, and that my husband had to take a 1/2 day off of work. I called our home warranty again and explain the situation. They were accommodating and are going to do everything possible to have our plumbing issue resolved ASAP. Finally I told them that we no long want to do business w/ American Plumbing so they took this chitty company off our list of vendors.



If you want good (doesn't even have to be great) DO NOT go through American Plumbing!!! They are not worth your time and money!
