Established in 1972, National Health Care Foundation for the Deaf does business as Deaf-REACH. The company is a voluntary organization located in Washington, D.C. It provides a variety of services that include referral, education, advocacy, counseling and housing. The organization's residential services include the Otis House program. Its case management unit provides a range of services to deaf, mentally ill adults, such as arranging medical appointments, making family contacts, and tracking progress. Overall

If you plan to work or apply a job there, it is one of the worst agency and staff there. They are very unprofessional. Their work ethics are so corrupt. Someone from the board and other DC agencies need to step in and clean them out. Believe me, the residents are not healthy and staff are so unprofessional.
