This place is great. My computer crashed, I thought I had lost all my important documents I took it in, they were very friendly and helped me calm down. This past week was the second time I had a computer problem. 6 months ago my laptop screen went out and i had to get to a meeting that afternoon. The man was very helpful and super knowledgeable. While I was in tears, he told me no worries go home get ready and he replaced the screen for me within 3 hours. I would highly recommend Computer Clinic Center to anyone that has a computer problem. ? ? ?

I can not describe in what state I entered Computer Clinic having lost everything on my hard drive, everything! Within one day they were able to tell me that all was not lost, and the next day, I picked up my computer as if nothing ever happened. I can not recommend them enough. They were fast, friendly and retrieved all lost data.

I took a chance after reading the mix of reviews- on this place and all other computer repairs - and I was VERY PLEASED. I went in on a Saturday with a laptop that had been locked up with a Windows trojan virus. I had downloaded numerous recommended fixes from the web, but could not fix it myself. I left it in the able hands of a woman at this clinic. She overheard me explaining my problem, assured me she could fix it and delivered on the promise. It was $200 to fix, but after the hours I had spent to no avail, I needed it fixed. She did it in the two hours estimated and loaded new additional anti-virus protection(no cost). After several weeks now, all seems in order and I am very pleased.

This place really is a clinic b/c they saved me from having a heart attack. I lost a final paper after my hard drive crashed and somehow magically they recovered my whole hard drive. WOWW!!!!!! was I impressed and relieved.

I have been dealing with the Computer Clinic Center for quite some time. And I have been very happy with the service I have recieved. The staff is friendly & knowledgeble and will even go that extra yard for you by explaining your computer problems in Laymens terms so that you can fully understand what they are doing. I have never felt taken advantage of by them as I have with other computer services.No work is done on your computer without your knowledge. An estimate is given to you either in person or by phone before anything is done. So there are no suprises when the job is completed. They even allow you to come into the work area and show you the problem they are working on!!! Thereby actually giving you the answer to you on how to solve the problem if it ever arises again. I will continue to use Computer Clinic Center, and I would advise anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, fair, and friendly staff to attend to theyre computer needs to try them out.
