Nutritional Counseling
Boot Camp is an intense 8-week continuous workout program that meets twice a week (Monday and Thursday, from 6:00 – 7:30pm) and includes nutrition counseling, running, walking, strength-training, water aerobics, and home exercises given out as homework.

"After me total knee replacement, the staff at the Cantrell Center were extremely helpful in getting me back walking normally. Â Not only did they explain what exercises to do, but they also explained why the were needed. Â Focused, individual attention by experienced therapists made the difference. They made sure the exercises were challenging and performed correctly. Â Linda and Cindy were especially helpful, though the entire staff was always kind and courteous, The Cantrell Center is far superior to the PT I received from a different provider a few years ago after hip replacement. Â I can't thank the Cantrell Center enough and absolutely recommend their services.
Knee Replacement
Whether you have recently completed rehab with a total knee replacement or you are training for a Triathlon, our exercise physiologists and personal trainers will custom-design an exercise program suited to your fitness level and/or medical condition. We will also monitor your progress and goals every two months to guarantee the best results.

Our expert trainers, certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) or National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), have a wealth of knowledge and experience.Â Personal Training consists of one-on-one sessions with one of our expert trainers. The Personal Trainers here at the Cantrell Wellness Center can take your workout to the next level with their helpful tips, correction of form, and motivation to push through to your optimum level of exercising.

The Cantrell Center accepts most insurance plans as well as some Worker’s Compensation, and we frequently add additional plans. As a courtesy to our patients, we also verify benefits and obtain authorizations prior to your first visit, to help alleviate surprises once you start your physical therapy treatment.

Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic physical therapy is different than water aerobics, lap swim, or simply playing in the water. Â As diagnosis-specific treatment is carried out in the unique, nearly gravity-eliminated environment, physical therapists closely supervise patients receiving aquatic therapy. Â This is especially beneficial for certain types of orthopedic and neurological disorders. Â The pediatric population also sees immeasurable benefits from this type of treatment.
