They are timely,skilled and very cordial to their clients,I have been making my hair here for three years and highly recommend them.

This place was absolutely horrible!! If I could give it zero I would. Took my daughter there to get box braids and what she came out with I could have done better at home. Money wasted. Meanwhile the whole time she is there they are insulting her (btw she is 11 yrs old). They was yanking her her out. She came home crying and with very tender scalp. I called to have them fix it and they want me to drive to temple after already spending money there that was wasted. I am suppose to drive to Temple for them to fix it. They would not even offer a partial refund. I will never use this place again and will not be recommending to anyone. The place was nasty and smelled horrible. Very rude and unprofessional

I GIVE IT ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CANT GIVE IT NO STARS. I WENT IN ON A SATURDAY MORNING AT 9AM.....AND THERE WERE 9 OTHER WOMEN THERE. THESE LADIES(WORKERS) ARE MONEY HUNGRY SAVAGES. THEY TELL EVERYONE TO COME IN AT 9. THEN THEY EXPECT SYMPATHY BECAUSE THEY WORKED ALL NITE! I WAITED 2 HRS TO GET IN THE CHAIR AFTER I WAS GIVEN AN APPT OF 9'OCLOCK. WHEN I ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT SHE REACTED LIKE I HAD SPIT ON HER. I DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL LATE IN THE EVENING. PLUS THE SHOP IS NASTY AND THE WORKERS TAKE ALOT OF BREAKS AND HAVETHEY NEVER TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE CLIENTELE.
HEY LADY HERES AN IDEA " MAKE APPTS AND DONT TELL EVERYONE TO SHOW UP AT THE SAME TIME, STOP BEING SO GREEDY!!! THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!

I would not give this place 1star but I had to in order to post this. They started on my hair at 930am it's now 913pm & im still here. This is PATHETIC. Never will I come back or refer anyone to them. As of now its 3people on one lady hair && nobody on mine. VERY VERY poor place of business
