Shadowridge Country Club Apartments

WORST apartment complex I have EVER lived in. I have lived in 9 different apartment communities up and down CA, and have NEVER experienced the HORRIBLE level of service from management and leasing agents in the office. I would NEVER recommend anyone to rent here. Dirty, disgusting apt complex with extremely RUDE and unprofessional management - You do NOT get what you pay for when you rent here. The community itself is also lacking - They spend $$$ on "trimming" their hedges and tending to their "foliage" at 6:30 am, waking you up, even though quiet hours clearly state 10 pm - 8 am in the lease agreement. Parking is a NIGHTMARE. They expect you to only have ONE car per apt home and do NOT make accomodations when you have another vehicle. We have had to park blocks away and put ourselves in danger by walking back to our apt late at night with no parking. Had vehicles towed TWICE from our own parking spots we PAY for. Ridiculous complex. Don't EVEN begin to waste your time. Insides of apts are disgusting as well - infestations rampant. Overall, you can EASILY find a better place for your money. Manager is a joke - No way to complain about being mistreated or harassed by employees. Investors need to pull their money from this complex or invest in BETTER MANAGEMENT.
