Unprofessional, expensive and racist stay away

" I love the people at integrity! They have the military values that I was looking for in a car place. They serviced my Chrysler 300 and did a transmission service and filter for only $200 when Chrysler wanted to charge me $700! I also really like their digital multipoint inspections where they show pictures of exactly what I need! I trust them with my vehicle and the service managers, Stephanie & Fred, really explain things to me in detail to make me really understand my vehicle. I will definitely be returning! "

DON'T GO THERE- $2400 they never fixed the problem. They suggested mre costly jobs to make more money. However, the costly job could have costed our lives. They forgot a to replace a part. We went to another car Service center, their mechanic found that the tie rod bolt for the right side tire was not replaced (which could possibly have caused a roll over if the tire snapped off at highway speed). They test drove our car, the car stop driving because a tie rod was not securely tightly. They had to get the car towed back to their shop. So not only did we get a job done that we did not need, Integrity put my life and my family’s lives in danger due to a faulty job!!! DO NOT GO THERE, it will not only cost you copious amount of money and time, but possibly your family's lives!

It seems like I may have gotten the one bad lemon here. I went to Integrity Car Care because of the reviews on here. What I ended up getting was okay customer service, a $330 bill which didn't actually fix and of my problems. They didn't fix the one problem I had thought they did, but I discovered today, That when I asked about it, that telling them "put it back together" instead of "fix it" they merely put everything together so it would hold up, not actually fix my problem. So what I actually got was a $330 bill to come back in so they can redo some of the same work they should of done the first time. The guys I did talk too, seemed pleasant enough. They honestly don't seem like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes, maybe there was some miscommunication going on. But either way, I now have a car with the issues I had before I paid them, and no money to fix it with. I will not be returning.

I stumbled across Integrity Car Care & Tires while driving to work. Their building is conveniently located near the intersection of Witchduck Rd and Cleveland St. which is near my office. So when my car or truck needs work, I typically drop if off in the morning, walk the short distance to my office, and its ready for me in the afternoon. Needless to say their service is exceptional and they have yet to leave me hanging to bum a ride home at the end of the day.



These guys are honest and dependable. Never once have I felt pressured or lied too for needing unnecessary service or given unreasonable estimates. Plus they always follow up on their service with a phone call because they honestly care. Thanks Integrity!

I searched local Automotive repair shops, and Integrity had wonderful reviews. I called them mid afternoon and they told me to bring my car in, they had finished the work by the time I got off at 5 o'clock, I was impressed that they could get me in so quickly. The staff was very pleasant and tried to give me a fair price. I went in with a squeaky belt and came out with NO NOISE. I would recommend this shop to anyone ! Steep estimate price for A/C repair though. Overall I would say it was a good experience. Thanks Integrity !!!

Being a young female, the automotive business is a very unfamiliar place for me. I looked up Integrity online, and noticed it was very close to my job so I gave them a call. I have a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse that I had taken to several "specialty foreign car shops" that could not fix an electrical problem with my headlight. I called Dave he has his team take a look at it and did some research, he ordered the parts and my car was fixed within an hour!! The dealership wanted at least a thousand dollars to fix my car and dave did it for under three hundred! Awesome family business, and very responsive and friendly...I have found my new auto shop and would recomend this to anyone needing an honest mechanic!

My husband received a recall notice for his Ford F-150 Truck, so we were forced to bring the vehicle into a dealership for repair (otherwise, believe me, we wouldn't have been in the dealership repair shop). While the truck was having a recall check, we asked the service repair mechanic to check the "check engine" light that had been periodically going off for a couple of weeks. They did, and of course, came back with a huge repair estimate! We decided to check around and see if another auto shop would be able to make the fix more affordably, and came across Integrity Car Care online - - - we noticed it had lots of positive feedback, so we decided to give them a try.



The owner was more than pleasant, very professional, and provided excellent customer service. He provided a repair estimate free of charge (the dealership repair shop charged us $99 for same check/review). Integrity found the same issue as the dealer autoshop, provided a MUCH more affordable estimate, and could get us in for service that same day!



In addition, we received a 10% discount for my husband's law enforcement job - it's nice to know someone appreciates his service! They have created a new, regular customer!



I would encourage anyone to allow Integrity Car Care to handle their car service needs - they won't be disappointed!

Ok this will be easy since all these excellent reviews have already covered how great this place is. I went for the first time today after reading the reviews and I can vouch for them now that they are great. I am a grease monkey myself and normally do all my own work but if I don’t have the right tools or I can't find the time I will be going here from now on. Thanks for the military discount!

Extremely happy with the service. I went in for a tune up because my 2007 Toyota Rav 4 had hardly any pick up and thought I might also need new brakes. Come to find out didn't need a tune up, and David let me know my brakes were fine, its just metallic dust that causes the squeaking. In conclusion I needed a new filter, fuel injection and a transmission flush and now my vehicle runs like a new car again. His HONESTY for telling me what was really wrong and not replacing anything that was fine goes along way. I will be taking all my vehicles to him and recommending his service from here on out. Also shows support to military, police and firefighters by providing 10% off.

David and his technicians are by far the best auto repair professionals I have had the pleasure to deal with in the past 12 years that I have been living in Va Beach. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very reasonably priced for the level of service they provide. I will take my vehicles nowhere else, they are the best!!

I have been taking my car here for awhile. They are the most honest, dependable mechanics I have seen. They do the work right and quick! They provide amazing service at a great price! I have a 2003 Jeep Liberty With Over 100,000 Miles and it had many problems. Thanks to Integrity Car Care made my problem car to a wonder car! They fix my serpetine belt and tensioner for under $400. While dealerships and other auto repair shops charges me over $500. Then my heater went out and the dealership was charging me $1,400 - $1,600 all because they had to take the whole dash apart. Some other shops refused to even do the job because of taking the dash apart and decided I have to go to the dealership to get the job done. Thanks to Integrity Car Care was only charging me $400 to get the job done. They took the whole dash apart and found out a cable was disconnected. They were still on my budget and got the car heater finally going. THEY WERE EVEN SO HONEST ABOUT THE CABLE BEING DISCONNECTED. I wonder if it was another shop would they have not told me and charged me $400 anyways?? A bonus for me they charge only $100 some to get my coolant system flush while the dealership charges $159.00. I got a estimate and a diagnostic done to my jeep by a dealership and integrity beats their price 100%!! I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND GOING TO GET MY TRANSMISSION FLUSH NEXT FOR A GOOD PRICE!! HEY, THEY GIVE MILITARY DISCOUNT AS WELL.

I like to feel in control of most situations in life, but when it comes to my car I'm pretty helpless. I always feel intimidated walking into car repair places, like being a woman puts me at an immediate disadvantage. My experience at Integrity, however, was just the opposite of my usual experience.



David Woodbury was extremely helpful, bending over backwards to find a better deal than I'd been quoted elsewhere. He was very patient with me as I asked many questions. He was honest and straight-forward and didn't try selling me any unnecessary repairs.



Integrity saved me about $140 over what I'd been quoted for the same service at another location. They have my business from here on out!! I would highly recommend their services.

Top-notch customer service! My vehicle was ready when it was promised; then, when I threw in ADDITIONAL service I wanted completed (but hadn't thought about before I brought my vehicle in), they cheerfully completed the additional service and the vehicle was STILL ready BEFORE the promised time. Thorough, honest and professional team at Integrity Car Care & Tires. In these pathetic days of little or NO customer service, these guys are a breath of fresh air. "A full and just weight.....a full and just measure" pretty much hits the nail on the head. I MOST HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone needing service on their vehicle, and ESPECIALLY anyone that is sick & tired of the "bad attitude", and lousy customer service that seems to have become the norm in our society today.
