The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and pleasant and gave me a good deal. When I called again a few minutes later to set up an appointment, a man answered and raised the price by 20 dollars and said that was only if I paid cash, otherwise it would higher. A total rip off. The woman was very nice though.

I live in Big Bear and they were the least expensive I could find, so I went down there to get my windshield replaced. The windshield I needed was about 15 minutes behind schedule on delivery, so he drove all the way up to Big Bear so that I did not have to wait-and I didn't even have to ask!
