I called to have a toilet supplied and installed. I was given a date and time for this work to be performed. The time was between 1:00 p.m and 5:00 p.m. I called at 3:45 p.m. to make sure the plumber was coming. The woman that answered didn’t know if he was coming and called him. Then she told me he wouldn’t be able to make it. This is an unacceptable way to run a business. They had no care about wasting my day. I would not recommend this company.

Stay away from this business! The manager, the owner, Liz does not know how to handle customer service and their technician will sit around and make the most money they can get if you don't watch them at all time. To add to the previous review, we didn't even receive the estimate that was promised and the technician went ahead and start working and I'm stuck with the abnormally large bill for a pretty simple job that wasn't even finished. The owner refused to finish the job so I finished it after paying hundreds of dollars wasted with the company. Liz didn't seem care so much about customers. Work is not trusted and bad customer service.... find some other company for your house or company who cares about you and your business.

This is Liz Office Mrg of Edwards Plumbing...1) Our Commerical Supervisor had not signed off of the estimate. 2) The owner of Edwards Plumbing is semi retired and was out of the office for a few weeks. Thank You!

I was issued an estimate by the owner but when I was ready to start the work, the manager would not honor the estimate, saying that the owner was too old and should not be giving out estimates. The estimate from "Edwards plumbing" was not even considered and when I tried to talk to the owner Liz all but yelled at me and told me to take my business somewhere else! Can you believe that! Run from this place!
