I recently ate at the Cherry Street Grille. I haven't been there for a while, only because I have been eating other places and have been out of town and otherwise busy for the last several months. I was very pleased to have chosen to eat at the Grille again. Our server was very pretty and very pleasant. She suggested serveral items that she enjoyed on the menu and my wife and I tried 2 of her ideas. The baked 5 cheese pasta was amazing. We asked and they told us they use a homemade alfredo sauce as the base. It was obvious it was homemade. We also had the club wedgie sandwich with fresh fried chips. Another great choice. I could only eat half of the sandwich and chips, it was a lot of food. I was also pleased to see they switched from pepsi to coke. All in all we had a great experience. They added new boothes and lighting. Our bill was around $25 for two meals and drinks with tax and gratuity. Great job Cherry Street Grille! It was a pleasure to find you once again.

I have eaten at Cherry Street Grille several times. The food is mediocre, and the service gets worse every time. The waiters, managers, and even the store owner are incredibly rude and have no concern for customer satisfaction. When their machines were down (something they failed to tell us before we ordered) they expected us to drive across town to find a working atm and pay the atm fee so we could pay them in cash, full price plus the fee. Then the managers and owner acted as if we were the ones inconveniencing them. The food is overpriced, the place is dirty, and the service is awful. I don't plan on eating there again.

Provided by SuperpagesThe owners/manger of the Cherry Street Grill should focus more on providing good service and a clean dining environment as opposed to complaining about and punishing customers who choose to use their credit/debit cards! The whole place is wallpapered in poorly written signs stating that they incurred over 6000.00 dollars in credit/debit charges, which figures out to 3% of what they took in via credit/debit payments. So if their figures are correct they processed over $200,000 in card service over the past year. Welcome to business 101!! You pay for the verification service and convenience! So instead of raising the price 50 cents on their sub-standard food, I have to look at 100 signs stating they are passing the 3% on to me when I get to the register, should I choose to burden them by using my credit card! Where are these people from!?!Anyway? My suggestion is to avoid this place like the plague! The food is mediocre and the service is poor!
