Apparently time frames for delivery mean nothing to them. They schedule me for a delivery between 11 and 3, and then call at 230 to say they're on the way. 2 hours later, still not there, and then say, well, we didn't have any drivers today so we had to borrow some... Don't schedule deliveries if you have no drivers!
