Sagebrush Saloon & BBQ

Sunday, April 14th, 2013, my wife and I chose the Sagebrush BBQ in Vale, Oregon for dinner. We both ordered pork ribs. The ribs arrived to our table drowning in sauce. Immediately, I knew the sauce was hiding something and I was right. With the first bite of meat and I was tasting refridgeration! We inquired of the waitress and were told, "we freeze our ribs". Really? Why? My wife asked of what days the smoker was operational and she was told "whenever". The smoker was stone cold dead this evening! The bbq beans that came with the meal were cold! The menu informs customers that your meal comes with a "homemade roll". There was no rolls on either of our plates. Our plates were evidently heated in a microwave oven and brought to our table. The ribs appeared to be boiled meat! The meat was under cooked; no smokey favor and no smoke ring! Upon paying the tab, we left five ribs on the table and no tip. We had to wait to receive our bill because the waitress was the only one on duty and working in the main dining room. My wife informed the waitress that we probably would not be returning. Tonight, we head the words "I am sorry", a half a dozen times. Other reviews I've read, rave of positive and enjoyable experiences. Our was very disappointing.
