Terrible customer service. Never use this company unless you like rude, unprofessional people to provide your service. When they could not fix the problem I was having thier technition (Bill) actually walked out of my home before I could get Electrolux on the phone. I called the owner/receptionist (Lisa) and told her how unhappy I was, and she told me I could use another company to fix my oven as it was still under warranty. A good company listens to their customers and teats them with respect. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT USE THEM.

This pertains to a broken microwave door. Basically, installed the wrong part, didnt actually fix the problem then decided that it would cost him too much time/money and decided to "walk away from the job" and refused to give me a full refund and charged me a service charge of $70 for installing a wrong part and not fixing the problem! Owner was also evasive and argumentative on the phone. would never recommend.
