What ever you do do not ever take your car to these rip artist. I took my Toyota for a smog diagnostic. They said it would be 900.00 dollars to repair a crack in the exhaust and to tune it up and replace the o2 sensor. after I refused I did that work myself for 250.00 dollars. Went to smog it again and it failed. So they did not diagnose it right.

Took Shari's BMW Roadster in for oil change. Mechanic over tightened oil drain plug and broke it. Then they tried to tell us we brought it in broken. They did it last September too. No one has touched it since, so they are at fault. Tried to tell us it was corroded, rusted, and already broken. Used easy out to get out the rest of it, no rust. no corrosion, just twisted off metal...mechanic over torqued it but they are lying saying it was already broken,,,,,BS!!!
Stay away for your sake! Only gave them one star because this site makes you rate them, they don't deserve any stars, they deserve a negative -5 stars!!!

Stay Away! Took my car in to get a cooling problem diagnosed and they went straight to the most expensive problem to fix. It turns out after they changed the water pump, timing belt and outlet manifold, and it wasn't the problem. They then doubled the repair cost by changing the module and fuse box without authorization. After confronting the service person, he said that they had fixed the problem and they did their job. That might be true but I could have just as easily had changed every part in the system and something would have fixed it. Thanks for nothing but a huge repair bill!

I called down and told them I had a lifetime free rotation and balancing with my Goodyear tire purchase and they said they would honor that but when I called the next day to make an appointment they said they would not do it for free. Not honoring there word is not a business I will do business with.

You would think after paying $700+ for their repairs a car would run. Or maybe the second time around $2300+ in repairs. Third time’s a charm? Not there, another $700+ for yet more "repairs". They guaranteed it would run for some good time after the second repair... Needless to say it was a couple months in-between the 1st and second repair, and A COUPLE WEEKS between the 2nd and 3rd.



Oh, and the car itself... is worth under 5k.
