Its funny how we have had several workers come into the daycare including providing services for the same child that you are speaking on and you were the only one that was asked to leave. You were asked to leave because you refused to attempt to do your job let alone even address the child. You wanted the easy way which was your "sticker" routine, instead of sitting down with the child like you were supposed to. When you walked in you already had this demeanor about you that wasn't setting well with my boss so yes she changelled you to do your job and once you showed you couldn't perform the task at hand you were asked to leave. By the way the child is doing excellent ����

I went in as an early intervention provider to work with a child with behavior issues. I suggested a sticker chart for every few min that the child behaves. the owner started screaming and yelling at me that she can't be busy watching him all day and i shouldn't tell her what to do and kicked me out. this was in front of all the kids. i wouldn't trust her with my kids.
