Summit Animal Clinic

My cat has been there overnight and I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD ABOUT HOW SHE IS DOING AFTER HER PROCEDURE. I have called SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. She was dropped off around 9am YESTERDAY and I have no clue what is going on with her and it is 9:37am the NEXT DAY. No one called me after her procedure to let me know how she was doing or what time I have to pick her up today. I am literally in the dark. This is so unbelievably unacceptable and I promise you, they will be hearing from my attorney about this. I will not pay a dime for this because to my knowledge, the procedure wasn't even done. It is a shame that I was unable to get to know Dr. Carlos, as I have heard some great things about his expertise with pits and I had intentions of bringing mine to him. But now that I know how his trashy, unprofessional staff operates, I will never go here again. If I do not hear back by 11am today, be prepared for law enforcement at your door.

Dr Carlos and his staff are the best around. They love what they do and it show's. I trust my frenchies with no one but them. Very caring,loving and will never over charge you. People from all over just to come and see him. Dr.Carlos is the BEST !!!����❤️����

Worst vet ever they told me to just give my puppy away cause I didn't have enough money that get her help

This is where you want to take your pet if you want the absolute best at an amazing value!!! Dr. Carlos (he's on first name basis with everyone from what I've seen lol) is awesome! Friendliest guy ever and your pet will never be deprived of the medical attention he/she needs and deserves due to extreme charges. I found him to be EXTREMELY reasonable and affordable. My dog was born there, had her ears cropped, and a hernia corrected all with Dr. Carlos' gentle expert touch. Wait time is long but soooooo worth it! I love this vet!!!

Great Doctor really down to earth, loves to converse, which is great.... great late hours. YOU MUST HAVE TIME!!!! because his office is always packed!!!!! IF he say's he opens at 9 get there at 7:30 ....TAKE MY WORD FOR IT...
