        Roosevelt Elementary School provides educational programs to more than 1,000 students from kindergarten through grade eight. It offers various extracurricular activities, such as computer club, drama, student council and reading recovery. The school also offers several after school activities and clubs, including drama club, safety patrol, accelerated reader nights and parent informational meetings. Its academic curriculum includes physical education, reading, media and technology, special education, science, English, math, health and food social studies. The school has a school advisory council and provides guidance, media center and services. Roosevelt Elementary School is a division of the Union City Board of Education and has its campus in Union City, N.J.
