Miller, Ken

I had a hot stone massage from Ken Miller today. It was just "okay." My real dissatisfaction comes from the fact that it was advertised on his website as a 90 minute massage. Mine lasted at the most an hour. When I questioned Ken about this, he said, "Sometimes it takes less." What?!!!! When did the length of the massage become arbitrary? I paid for a 90 minute massage and left in an hour with a backache from laying on an uncomfortable table. I certainly didn't get what was advertised. I'll be going somewhere else in the future.
