Identity Med Spa & Salon

I just walked into the nail section of the store, 3 ladies sitting down doing NOTHING and asked to get my nails done, and she asked me if I had an appointment. Of course I didn't. And she told me I couldn't come in without an appointment? UHM. Well I'm here now, can this be my appointment while you sit there and do absolutely nothing. And she sent me away. I wish I could give let than one star because of the rude customer service. Apparently they don't want your money, so don't give it to them.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a spa. I was forgotten and sat almost an hour then finally inquired about my facial. I was taken back soon after. No apologies were offered. I was suprised to find a man showering in the ladies shower when I went in to dress. The staff was aware, again no apologies. I paid for the services then went home and wrote a detailed account of my disasterous experience and sent it in via the salon feedback link. I have not heard one word from the owner or manager to make things right from that day. I would have been happy with a sincere apology and assurance that none of the things I addressed in my feedback would ever happen again to me or anyone else. I will not return. I would definitey NOT recommend this spa unless you don't mind co-ed dressing rooms/showers.
