Unavi USA Inc

Had UNAVI unit installed when purchased a new 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The unit has failed 4x over the last 3 1/2 years. The most recent, the system blew out and the screen is black, with no back up camera working. I contacted Unavi. Pedro, the owner, is now giving me the run around. He keeps stating he needs to talk to Korea and claims it must be a factory issue with Hyundai. It's not a factory issue, as the recent problems developed after the last attempted repair.

Even though Pedro is blowing me off, I asked him to just give me a new knob as the silver ring vanished after last repair. When I picked up the car, the knob was glowing bright blue. I thought that was normal, but a few days later my son noticed it was missing the ring just like the knob on the right has. Pedro is now refusing to even replace the knob.

Terrible experience with Pedro and Unavi in Santa Ana.i told him just give me a new little knob and I'll leave his store. His answer was, "I'm Going To Call The Police". Since he said that, I'm just gonna sit here and let the cops come drag me out. What horrible service and awful way to treat a customer who spent hundreds of dollars for a working unit.
