        Overall

        Our company is very disappointed with the customer service/repair service we have been receiving at the Micro Center off Edinger Ave in Tustin,CA.To make a long story short, we bought a PC from that micro center in December and it stopped working a couple weeks later. We took it down to the service and repair center and received horrible service. They indicated since it did not fail "their" test's they could not do anything. Brought it back to the office only to find out 2-3 weeks later it stopped working again. Our IT guy thinks it has something to do with the motherboard in the machine. My PC has been at the repair shop for 5 days now. Our company and our IT support have had the worst experience trying to get an answer from anyone in Tech support and their managers "Wayne Armstrong" and their GM. They said they would call and never did. Called corporate to file a complaint and now writing this review. I still do not have an answer as too if they will replace the motherboard or exchange the PC. However I did receive a RUDE phone call this afternoon from "Wayne Armstrong" asking why I have been calling them so much and to "COOL MY JETS". If this is the level of service you provide to your loyal customers then we will not be returning to Micro Center from now on.
