First Care

I've been seen here on the weekends when my Primary Care Dr wasn't open. His office told me to go to the ER. I was sick and miserable and didn't want wait in the ER with seriously ill people. I saw a kind Dr. I don't name know his name so I nicknamed him Dr. Smiley. I was seen fast. He examined me and listen to me. Then he treated me. My care was excellent and I was feeling better in a couple of days. Their all kind, caring and professional. I go there every time I'm sick and Primary Drs office is closed. I highly recommend them.

Fast and excellent service. I rarely have to wait for more than a few minutes and they really care about their patients!

Fast and expert service. The doctors and nurses are very attentive. They made sure I was feeling some what better before I even left the facility. A+!!!

They are awful and racist. Wasn't busy for real but got looked over I don't know how many times, she called everyone up to fill out papers and get insurance info but we had to ask for ours. Worst experience ever and I'm going to school in the medical field.

First care is one of the most relaxing, comfortable urgent care's that I have been to in a very long time! I absolutely LOVED my physician and after visiting the office I was cured in a week! I was in and out in an hour and unlike any other office, the doctor immediately gave me a lung scan and detected my bronchitis! Every other doctor I went to prior told me it was the common cold. Thankfully First Care caught it in time because I was developing the beginning stages of pneumonia. My insurance covered the visit, I only paid a $25 co-pay and about $5 for my antibiotic. Thank you first care!

Apr 2010 1. I had pink eye 2. went to First Care 3. the doctor told me to go to Walgreens & get eye drops. 4. First Care mailed the 257.00 dollar bill to the WRONG address for three months 5.my neighbor brings me the bill(once he knew my name) 6. I report immediately to First Care's billing office about the bill. 7. I make an e-payment thru my Credit Union 8. Two months later the Credit Union emailed to say that the First Care’s check hasn't been cashed 9.I called First Care's billing office to tell them that my payment is in their office(tracked by the bank and USPS) 10. Manager says "sure the check's in the mail" 11. I called the Bank and First Care's billing office again and insisted that they look for my payment. 12. they find my payment and apologize and said "no late fees or adverse action" and we apologize for the confusion. 13. Now it's Jan 2013, three years later, I check my credit and "GUESS WHAT" First Care/Franklin Collection agency negative report. All because I chose First Care to treat my PINK





One visit to First Care cost me $157.00 plus three credit card companies raised my interest rates based on NEW information and I had to purchase my car @ 5% in stead of 3%. One visit to First Care's cost me thousands & destroyed my perfect credit and most of the financial damage is irreversible. I will never go to ANY doctor's office ever AGAIN!!!
