I bought a 2019 Camry from Jim Norton. I had spent all day at other dealerships being treated poorly and being pressured to make a decision, but when I made it to Jim Norton Toyota I felt no pressure all the sales people and finance people were very respectful and courteous. I will definitely buy my next car from Jim Norton Toyota instead of waisting my time at the other dealers I went to that day!

Purchased a used car in June '09. Car is a push button start but still requires keys for trunk and glove box. They send me home without keys and advised me to purchase them and they would refund the cost. They called me at the end of July (7 weeks after the purchase) and stated they found a car after I had already purchased new ones. It is now August and I have not received the key they found nor have I received the $200 refund as promised. BTW - the car has been in the repair shop approximately 7 times with engine problems. I would suggest looking elsewhere when considering a vehicle purchase.
