I've always had a great experience with the staff. I appreciate their knowledge on the products. It makes it sooo much easier when deciding what to get. Love this store!

I am not a licensed Cosmotologist. I am giving this review because of the rudeness of the staff. I was walking by the window and mistaked this store for Sally's beauty Salon. When the staff lady asked if I was a licensed Cosmotologist I replied no and she rudely stated how I had to leaeve the store that it was only for those who were licensed and I should have noticed the sign in the door that was big enough to see. I honestly did not take the time to read the sign thinking it was just store advertisements ( also I'm under 5ft so anything not at eye level I tend to overlook). I just felt already embarrassed and her tone and attitude did not help. My 12 year old daughter was with me and was taken back by the way they lady reacted. I just felt she could have been polite.
